Looking for a career change? Contact our Retention Office Manager. They will be able to advise you what AFSCs are available to you, and talk to you about the careers that may be eligible for an enlistment/re-enlistment bonus! We also have Unit Career Advisors assigned to each section to help with understanding career path options and overall benefit overviews - contact our Retention Office if you are not sure who your UCA is.
From College to Career, the Vermont Air National Guard will help to make your path a success. This is a 6-year program that will cover you from college all the way to your career, with the option to stay longer in the VTANG and continue to enjoy benefits.
