To schedule a DEERS/ID card appointment please to the following site:  https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/locator.  You can locate the closest DEERS office via ZIP CODE search or by Site Name or ID. The site ID for VTANG DEERS Office is: 102416.

To request military records, please complete a Standard Form 180. At a minimum, please include Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth and Place of Birth.

There are two options to send the request.

For VTANG members who were discharged, separated, or retired AFTER 1 October 2004, please create an account and request your military record via www.ebenefits.va.gov or call the Air Reserve Personnel Center at 1-800-525-0102. 

For those who were discharged, separated, or retired BEFORE 1 October 2004, please request your military record by submitting a Standard Form 180.
