"Who's your one?" The one person you will support to stay in the unit, or the new person you will encourage and support to join. Find your one, and you may be eligible for a $500 referral bonus through JEEP (Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program):

CAREER FLEXIBILITY

Looking for a career change? Contact our Retention Office Manager. They will be able to advise you what AFSCs are available to you, and talk to you about the careers that may be eligible for an enlistment/re-enlistment bonus! We also have Unit Career Advisors assigned to each section to help with understanding career path options and overall benefit overviews - contact our Retention Office if you are not sure who your UCA is.
