Look back with us on on Col. David Shevchik's time as commander of the 158th Fighter Wing, Vermont Air National Guard Base, South Burlington, Vermont, Oct. 16, 2022. Col. Daniel Finnegan, the vice wing commander, took over command of the wing from Shevchik who commanded for three years, with the wing guidon symbolizing handing over leadership.
