158FW Expands Largest Solar Array in the ANG

A construction project is underway for the expansion of the solar array located on the Vermont Air National Guard Base, South Burlington, Vermont, Nov. 13, 2024. The Vermont Air National Guard began the third and final phase of a photovoltaic power project, an ambitious solar energy initiative aimed at bolstering energy resilience, reducing carbon emissions, and enhancing emergency readiness.
